**Refund & Cancellation Policy**

**1. Order Cancellation**
Orders may be cancelled within **24 hours of purchase**. After this period, orders are processed and can no longer be cancelled.

**2. Returns & Exchanges**
We accept returns and exchanges within **7 days of delivery**. To be eligible:

* Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
* All tags must still be attached
* Items must be returned in original packaging

**3. Non-Returnable Items**
For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

* Underwear, swimwear, or bodysuits
* Sale or discounted items
* Custom or made-to-order pieces

**4. Refunds**
Once your return is received and inspected:

* Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within **5–10 business days**
* Shipping fees are non-refundable
* If the item is not in its original condition, the refund may be declined

**5. Exchanges**
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is unavailable, you may receive a store credit instead.

**6. Damaged or Incorrect Items**
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within **48 hours of delivery** with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

**7. Return Shipping**
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

**8. Store Credit**
Store credit may be issued instead of a refund depending on the situation. Store credit is valid for **6 months** from the issue date.
